OnePlus 7 gets OxygenOS 9.5.7 update with camera improvements and May 2019 security patch

The OnePlus 7 got its first update last week - OxygenOS 9.5.4 - which came with DC Dimming, Fnatic Mode, and April 2019 security patch. Now OnePlus is rolling out another update for the phone - OxygenOS 9.5.7.

The new build weighs 125MB in size and brings in improvements to the camera as well as the Nightscape Mode. It also bumps up the security patch level to May 1, 2019, and includes some general bug fixes. You can check out the full changelog below:

OnePlus hasn't officially announced details on the rollout of OxygenOS 9.5.7 at the time of writing this, but it's safe to say that this update will be released for a limited number of users initially, with a wider rollout commencing in a few days if all goes smoothly.

If you cannot wait for the update notification to show up on your device and get impatient, you can check for it manually by heading to your phone's Settings > System > System updates menu.
